Feeling SCATTERED, SCARED or OVERWHELMED?

Let's gather together and learn a few breathing practices to help us feel more grounded.

LIVE INSTRUCTOR LED sessions on Wednesdays

My sessions are independent so you may join any or all based on your schedule/availability.

My intention is to offer a space for your self-care which includes silence in our practice. No experience with meditation or breathwork is required.

As an avid meditator for over 25 years I have enjoyed meditation and breathwork from many different teachers and styles. Some of the benefits of a regular meditation practice include reduced stress, increase self-awareness and less anxiety.

My LIVE Breathe with Barbara sessions are a mixture of my background and experience and may include the practices:

• EFT (tapping)

• Qigong or gentle movement

• Forgiveness

• Self-compassion

• Self-love

• Affirmations

• Guided meditation

• Silence

8:00 pm - 8:05 pm - Arrive and settle in

Suggestions for your practice:

* Bring an open mind and be comfortable

* Bring a journal or pen and paper

* No experience needed, just relax

* Relax and F.L.O.W (Feel Loving Open Willing)

* Incense, aromatherapy, burning candles are optional and may enhance your experience

Common Questions

Question: Do I need experience?

Answer: No, just willingness and the ability to breathe. 🙂

Question: What if I want to do more classes after I sign up for one session?

Answer: Lovely! Just let me know and I'll give you credit for the session and upgrade you to the unlimited sessions.

Question: Do I need to dress a certain way?

Answer: Be comfortable and try to limit your distractions if possible
