It’s been about 2 months or so since our last LIVE Meditation session. I’ve been listening and staying in F.L.O.W (Feeling Loving Open Willing) and the idea to have multiple opportunities to have LIVE breathing sessions came to in my morning meditation.

I am excited about these sessions… I hope to see you there!
