No matter how you feel about 2020. It’s about to be over. Breathe that in. We are moving into a new year and some believe a new decade.

Take that in for a moment. Now how do you feel? You may feel the same or different. It doesn’t matter. Another emotion or feeling will likely come up before you even know it.

I hope you are being kind and gentle to yourself. I also hope you are being kind to others as well.

I’ve learned to appreciate myself so much more this year. I’ve learned to appreciate others and have a level of compassion I didn’t know I could have. Taking long walks in my neighborhood has been a staple to keep my emotions even and my spirit nourished.

So I’ve learned that having my consistent meditation practice helps me navigate my emotional landscape so much better. Just ask my husband. lol I had plans to have regular emails to you… oh well. There’s always next year, right?

As we move into 2021 learn to go at your own pace. Take life in, each moment, no moments are promised.
