I’d like to share with you one of my favorite daily practices called Ho’oponopono.

Ho’oponopono is ancient Hawaiian forgiveness practice which means to make right, right.

It uses four phrases to cleanse and clear the energy around you so you can release any old
feelings of negativity. The phrases are: I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.
Saying I am sorry and please forgive me allows you to cleanse any feelings of negativity and
to release any suffering, guilt, or pain from holding on to the past. By saying I love you and
thank you, you anchor yourself in the healing energy of love, self love, and acceptance.

This practice has been called magical. It has personally helped me release negativity around
situations, clear my mind, energy and spirit to be more present. I keep the four phrases in
my mental playlist and use them during the day as a form of mind training. It also helps
clear the energy around you from others and their experiences.

I encourage you to learn the phrase and use them often. Use them to forgive others, forgive
yourself and to clear the energy around you.
